Elementary classes celebrated Digital Citizenship Week 2020 in computers this past week. K-2 illustrated how they keep balance in their lives, how to keep private information safe as well as how they are a good digital citizen. 3-6 played a variety of online games geared towards password safety, being an upstander, and when to give credit.
Kiersten Helm, state FFA officer, visited with Ag I students this week about FFA opportunities and leadership.
Another experiment in the FFA garden this past year was peanuts. Students dug the peanuts, let them dry and picked them off the plant this past week.
Ag students in the Greenhouse class harvested, shelled and taste tested the popcorn grown in the FFA garden this past summer.
Red Ribbon Week begins Monday!
Tigers XC ran in the Spartan Invitational last night. W. Taylor was a medalist and finished 24th, T. Estes finished 36th, and D. Johnson finished 45th.
