The Buchanan County R-IV School District will be closed Wednesday, January 30, 2019 due to sub zero temperatures and dangerous wind chill conditions.
Tigers in action at home tonight against Rock Port. 2 quarters of JV Girls starting at 5:45 followed by both varsity games. It is also Alumni Night.
School will be dismissed at 12:33 Monday Jan. 28th due to a partial loss of power at the HS. The power outage is effecting the pumps and heating units for the school. Both Rushville and DeKalb will be dismissed.
JV Basketball Games tomorrow night at Maysville. Games will be at 6 and 7:15
The 2nd graders are learning about sound. They experimented with sources and receivers using different conductors to create and produce the highest quality and best results.
The Buchanan County R-IV School District will delay the start of classes until 10 am Friday, Jan 25th 2019. Bus services will run 2 hrs later than usual. A light breakfast will be served.
King City Tournament has been cancelled

King City has cancelled tonight's games due to adverse road conditions from blowing and drifting snow. No word yet on the future of the tournament. We will update as soon as we have more information.
Great game by the Tigers but come up short to NE Nodaway. Tigers play tomorrow in King City at 6pm in the old gym.
Great win tonight by the Lady Tigers over Maysville in the King City Tournament! They will play again tomorrow night at King City 4:30pm in the new gym.
