The 2nd graders have been working on how the weather can cause changes and affect the environment . Knowing the sun is a powerful element we designed and built solar ovens to harness the sun’s energy. This was a “HOT” learning adventure!
To learn about our loved one’s careers and celebrate Labor Day the 2nd grade was visited by some special people. The following jobs were shared; Ms. Ramey (Second Harvest Food Bank) , Mrs.Chidester (photographer ), Mrs. Gillis (realtor), and Mrs. Hartman (pediatric nurse).
