The Area 1 FFA Leadership Development Events were held last night. Miley Phillips and Presli Punzo represented our chapter in the Creed Speaking Competition. Congrats to Presli for placing 2nd out of 19 speakers and advancing to the district competition later this month!

Yesterday, 6th graders went to EmPowerU in St. Joseph. They challenged themselves by taking on roles to solve community issues in simulated cities.
Yesterday the FFA chapter sent 5 teams to the Lathrop Judging Contests. Congratulations to the FFA Knowledge team pictured here for placing 1st! (Not pictured Miley Phillips). Other top ten teams included the Floriculture team (7th) and the Entomology team (9th).

Jr High Track: East Buchanan Meet moved to 4/14
HS Track: King City Meet moved to 3/30
Baseball: Pattonsburg game moved to 4/4
SW Livingston game on 3/21 canceled and University Academy 4/20 is canceled. Both games won't be rescheduled.
Reminder Cheer Try-out practice will begin tomorrow morning at 6:15 am at DeKalb High School.
