
The newest FFA members enjoyed meeting with two state officers today. Jason Holland and Malerie Schutt discussed premier leadership, personal growth and career success opportunities through the FFA.

Softball at King City tomorrow will start at 5pm. Varsity and Jr High will play at the same time.

Homecoming 2022 Kick-Off is on Sunday, October 2, 2022 starting at 5 p.m. at the high school! If classes choose, they may work on hallway decorations starting at 4p.m.
Junior class will be selling two cookies and a drink of your choice for $5 and the Ahtletic Booster Club will have food available.
Events beginning at 5p.m. will include:
-Announcing fall sports teams
-Class corn hole tournmanet
-Jersey Auction (Winners will be announced at approximately 6 p.m. with payment due by Wednesday, October 5)
-Announce Homecoming Candidates

Don't forget! Lady tigers have an opportunity to join us next Monday for our first 3v3 and basketball skill session after school!
The gym location will be at DeKalb High School. This is open to all elementary girl athletes 2nd - 6th grades and is a great way for our athletes to work on skills leading into basketball season and grow as players of the game while having some fun!

The bus time for the football game Friday the 30th at Burlington Junction/Nodaway Valley has changed to 3:30.

Kale Cassity, Sam Helton, Rawley Mydland, and Rylie Johnson represented DMS and DHS by serving at the Golden Oldies lunch at DeKalb Community Center. Kale and Sam are members of the MS football team and Rawley and Rylie are STUCO representatives. Thanks for the good work today Kale, Sam, Rawley, and Rylie. Go Tigers!

Preschool went to Schweitzer Orchard on a field trip! They had a beautiful day to enjoy the orchard.
