Students who completed and returned their summer learning packets received 15 "house tickets", had an ice cream party, and played with water balloons with Mrs. Black! Way to go students!!!

Today's XC meet has been canceled. Softball at North Platte tonight with a 6:30 start. Go Lady Tigers!!!

Schedule Update, due to weather!! Tuesday's softball game at North Platte will now start at 6:30pm. Wednesday's home opener for softball will now start at 5pm. Thursday's game at East Buchanan is still 4:30pm at this time.

Game Day!!

The NHS chapter took some time this evening to give the DHS sign by the football field a much needed face lift!💛 The majority of these kids finished up their fall sports practices then hustled over to get to work. This just goes to show the dedication these members have to their school and their community. Great job Tigers!

It was great to see everyone at our "Back to School" night. Just a reminder our first day of school is on Monday, August 24th. We will also be is session on Monday, August 31st. School calendar is on our website! We are excited to see everyone on Monday!

Open House this evening at DeKalb and Rushville from 6-7 pm. Rushville Parents: the new part of the driveway will not be accessible this evening. We are excited to see everyone this evening.

Those who ordered the 2025-2026 yearbooks will be able to pick them up during open house tonight (August 19). See Ms. Cagle or Mrs. Downing to get them!

Any yearbooks not picked up tonight will be delivered to students next week.

FFA Back to School Event tomorrow at 6:30 at the Ag Bldg! This is open to all current members and any incoming freshmen that will be in FFA this year. Hope to see you there!

Rushville Elementary staff took part in the 6th annual "Slumber, Not Slumber Party" tonight. We ate, visited, and worked in our classrooms to get ready for the new school year! We are excited to welcome our students and families back for a great school year! 🖤💛🐯🖤💛
