In Spanish 1, students read a novel about a capybara living in Ecuador. Some of the students made a board game to demonstrate what they learned. Today we played the games in class!

2nd Grade had a busy day...first was our Thanksgiving Day Parade and then we made butter.
1st and 2nd graders designed floats for their “Thanksgiving Day Parade”.
The DeKalb FBLA Chapter toured and explored career opportunities at Altec and Mosaic Life Care today! Students were able to learn about positions in electronics, paint, welding, and warehousing at Altec. At Mosaic, students toured the OB and Radiology units and listened to speakers from PT, cardiology, IT, nutrition, and accounting and finance. It was a fun, educational day in many ways!
